I've just finished getting hotplug RAM and CPU to work on PVE 3.4 using Numa. While the guest OS (Ubuntu Server 14.04) sees the allocated amount of RAM, the VM Summary tab in the Proxmox web GUI always shows 1.00GB Total memory for the VM, regardless of the amount actually assigned. This also affects the RRD graphs as well, always showing only 1.00GB total memory despite how much is configured or hotplugged. Used memory is accurately reported, so it can oddly show more memory being used than is available. Are others seeing this as well or could it be a glitch on my system?

Thanks!

I think this is because the memory stats are coming from query-balloon qmp,

and it's not yet aware of hotpluged memory.

It should be fixed in coming qemu 2.3
