I have an OpenVZ Container booting up and then displaying a message about "INIT : no more processes left in this runlevel"

I'm trying to follow the information found at https://www.centos.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12490 to fix this problem, but how would I chroot in to the OpenVZ container?

I can't exactly boot with a CD and then in to 'linux rescue,' so I figured I could open a shell prompt to my Proxmox install and then just chroot the container that way, but I can not find it on the machine.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I think it is

Code:
vzctl enter ###

from the host. Where ### is the container number.
