Hi all

Is it possible to change spice default port from 3128 to something else.

I have an old Proxmox 2.3 with an squid cache running on port 3128 and I want to upgrade it.
All my clients have that settings in ther browsers.By a number of reasons I can not push out new settings to them. Wpad is no option here.

In http://pve.proxmox.com/pipermail/pve-user/2014-June/007200.html I found

"In /usr/bin/spiceproxy you'll find 3128 as port and you can change it but I think that this breaks other functionalities."

I have try that but no success.
Or is there a way to disable spice to regain port 3128 again?
