Spice serial driver broken after upgrade to 3.3

Hello,

Having upgraded to 3.3, I noticed both dynamic resolution and copy/paste stopped working (in windows, only place I care about spice since we don't use GUI for linux).

I tried reinstalling the spice guest tools and it did nothing I'm afraid.

Is this a known bug or did I do something wrong?
