Hello,
I have just migrated a physical Windows Server 2003 32bit machine into Proxmox 3.3.
It took quite a bit of fighting, because intelide.sys was missing from the Windows drivers folder, so the mergeide.reg file did not get things to work. I managed to get it to work by booting with a Linux ISO and copying the file over from a different machine. It then booted and seemed to be working.
While installing the VirtIO drivers, something has gone wrong, and I think I've hit some KVM bug.
I found some similar reports here, but not sure what to do with it:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qemu-kvm/+bug/671163
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
Thanks.
