Change name backups

Hi! I need to set specific name for backups openvz. In zfs filesystem, 2 archive with same content but diferent name is considered to be 2 different archive for the snapshot zfs backup.

I would love to be able to give a name and a short description for every backup I take. I may take one with the base OS fully installed and configured, and I may want another with all the applications loaded fresh, and maybe a third for some other reason. It gets rather unwieldy after a while. Would be nice to see the VM # and name in the backup list with an option to display the description if desired.

I totally agree.
Aditionnaly, when you delete some backups and recreate a new vm with the old same ID, your backup won't be significant at all. Chnaging its name and providing a little comment could be very useful

I agree this functionality is essential really. I've had a headache since, as I have Proxmox by several customers and to get the backup 2 of them on the same HD just not knowing what was dump of each customer as they both possessed the same ID and upcoming dates.
