Proxmox and adding IPv6 address - routing fails!

How can I add ipv6's to a container in proxmox? It seems to add the IP but routing fails!

In vmbr0 on the node I have several IPv6 addresses listed as such:

inet6 addr: 2001:41d0:8:9304::107/128 Scope:Global
inet6 addr: 2001:41d0:8:9304::117/128 Scope:Global
inet6 addr: 2001:41d0:8:9304::106/128 Scope:Global
inet6 addr: 2001:41d0:8:9304::118/128 Scope:Global

However, when I try to add the address to the VPS from within proxmox or through vzctl it only goes to the host node, not to the actual VPS! For example, when I ping6 the ipv6 it gives replies even though the container is off, and if I ssh to that ipv6 it only ssh's to the host node.
