then lan 100% working transferring data to the backup server (Fabrizio is a PC with Win7 - storage access mode: cifs) .
around 11:40 the job stopped with the message reported in the log.

Same minutes before others two backups where made without problems for 2 others vm's.

What is appened?

nobody as a suggestion? is this possible?

Update: with a larger KVM VM, the backup freeze around 14%, no network traffic on the lan, iowait above 40%. I have waited a night with no effect, so i pressed the stop button on the backup window. Immediately lan traffic jumped to 100%, iodelay 0.00% and so remained for several time. Then the process terminate but the VM still remain locked and i must unlock it manually.

In the vzdum i have set size=4096 and bwlimit=20000, This last to try to reduce the lan traffic, but was reduced the bw showed in the window only.

A question: must lan activity start immediately or a delay is normal? (a local cache?)

Please, i need an advice!

Thank you!
