First of all..

I strongly remember posting this already but i can't find it anymore.. so here we go again.. hope i don't double post..

So i have seen many guides for monitoring proxmox with icinga and zenoss and properly others..

I just got to learn how to use NRPE and was hoping someone knew how to monitor proxmox and VMs using NRPE instead..

So do we have any script or something else that works with NRPE?

Thanks

Casper

I am sorry that I cannot help you use NRPE, but I have been trying to find a way to monitor Proxmox with Zenoss. Would you mind sharing one of these guides?

Monitoring Proxmox with Nagios and Lilac-Reloaded is a easy thing. Install Nagios on an outsided managementserver, for configuration install Lilac-Reloaded from Sourceforge (us own project). Then you can add templates for proxmox with or without HP-Healthtools. If you have an HPserver, there is a repository for the nagiostools. It still works fine the last years. Here some examples.
