Proxmox VE 3.1 - Mount Hard Disk

Just installed Proxmox VE 3.1
I am totally newbie with it and would like to know how do I partition the disk of the PC, and mount other hard disks.
Not that file is configured ..

if you install from the iso, it will partition automatically.
