Console - Error input too long

Hello,

I recently installed a new Debian Wheezy System with Proxmox 3 and created the first QEMU VM.
Now. When I start the VM (works perfectly) and want to open the console I'm getting an error.
The popup with the console opens and there where the Java Applet was in Proxmox 2 is only a text telling me:
Error input too long - aborting (500)

Now this keeps me from installing the VM since the port is also not opened (don't see anything in the log window about that), so I can't connect with an external VNC Client.

Since Proxmox 3 doesn't use Apache 2 anymore I have no idea where a log file is that can tell me more.
Syslog only shows the authentication successful.

The only thing I changed is the SSL certificate.

Hope someone can help me with that and thanks for the help ;)

Yours,
Marc

That was the guide i followed by installing my ssl certificates. They work perfectly.

It's just the VNC Console that does not work and gives that error. The toolbar appears but not the Java Applet.

The Error occours in Chrom and Internet Explorer 9.
Tried Firefox but there I can't login. The fields with Realm and the Language are empty.

As temporary workaround to be able to install my VM I executed this command on serverside:

/bin/nc -l -p 5900 -w 10 -c '/usr/sbin/qm vncproxy 101'

And connected over the TigerVNC Desktop Client and logged in with my Proxmox Account.

Hi,

I have the same problem with IE, firefox and Chrome

I followed this tutorial http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/HTTPSCertificateConfiguration (more time)
All are ok in SSL Certificate Checker

I has always this error Error input too long - aborting (500)

I use proxmox 3.2 and my virtual server is a openvz container

Thans for your help

I don't know. It's necessary to open the dedicated port in the firewall ?

I have unfortunately the same problem. Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Tor - Error input too long - aborting (500). I followed this tutorial on Wiki and with SSL Checkers and Openssl -any any errors :-( I´m running actual version (Today Fresh re-install with updates)

http://forum.proxmox.com/threads/16120-External-SSL-in-Proxmox?p=82957#post82957 - unfortunately not helped

I have used https://domain.tld and https://ip.tld - but this is the same

Thanks for Idea´s

ps: my english is bad, here is any Germany forum?
