Hi !

I'm trying to install proxmox 3.0 on a fresh debian wheezy according to the guide in the wiki (http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Wheezy).
I reboot my server just after installing Proxmox kernel and updating grub2 configuration but my server never boot !

It seems hung at the grub step but I can't see errors beceause I have no kvm or no screen connected...

I'm looking for a way to get logs or errors... Do you have any ideas ?

Hi,

are you sure you boot on the right kernel ? After an upgrade from 2.x to 3, I have grub that boot on non pve kernel... Take a look here

Hope this help !

It can't find your disk probably, really common error upgrading to Wheezy. Hitting 'e' in grub and changing root=UUID=XXXXXX to root=/dev/sd** will fix it, afterwards you should do: GRUB_DISABLE_LINUX_UUID=true in /etc/default/grub and run update-grub.

I don't think there is any other way to fix this, maybe you could hire some remote hands at your dc if you're not able to go there?
