How do I get sources for proxmox kernel and qemu? I want to try to apply patches mentioned at this web site:
http://www.contrib.andrew.cmu.edu/~somlo/OSXKVM/
To get OSX running.

apt-get build-dep linux

Whats the sources location for kernel and qemu?
