Where to dig?

you use virtio? make sure you latest drivers inside your windows.

and post VM config setting, output of:

Code:
qm config VMI
D

No, i use rtl8139.
The problems started after updating to the latest kernel.
On 2.1 and 2.2 from iso all worked stable.
Code:
acpi: 1
boot: cd
bootdisk: ide0
cores: 2
cpu: host
cpuunits: 50
freeze: 0
ide0: local:114/vm-114-disk-1.raw
ide2: none,media=cdrom
kvm: 1
memory: 3584
name: terminal
net0: rtl8139=C6:44:9E:10:1C:52,bridge=vmbr0
ostype: w2k8
sockets: 2
tablet: 0
Problem only with windows server 2008. 2003 and Linux - no problem

change the cpu type from 'host' to 'kvm64', and try e1000 instead of rtl.

got the same issue but also in linux.

only migration to another node, fixes the problem.
