Shared Storage on Cluster

I have two proxmox servers set up as a cluster. How does one go about sharing the local storage between them?

Is it possible to migrate a VM to server B from Server A?

Yes, but not without shared storage like NAS or SAN using NFS, iSCSI or FC.

To be clear, there is no way to transfer a VM from one servers local disk to another servers local disk?

you can transfer the VM from one local disk to another using the "backup and restore" features that proxmox has. When you restore a back'd up image you can select the local disk. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ablnh_c17Ow

You can do an offline (VM powered off) migration IF the machines are clustered.
