Yes, for some reason the proxmox web interface has an issue. At least editing an existing network config file.
This is how the updated diff looks in web UI:
That was a mistake indeed but it is not solving the problem. It will allow me to select vmbr0 as bridge interface for VMs but none of vmbr0.2 or vmbr0.26. Testing proxmox web configuration again, even though last time it broke the network entirely.
Hi,
In proxmox 7 the old network config does not work anymore.
So what worked before:

iface lo inet loopback
auto enp175s0f0
iface enp175s0f0 inet manual
auto enp175s0f1
iface enp175s0f1 inet manual

Hello
That was it, it's fixed now.
I checked the documentation again and I saw the commas now. I can't believe how I've missed that.
It was in the first quote in my previous post.
Yes, I have the latest packages from no-subscription repo.
Also, now with the IPs list fixed it doesn't show the...
Hello
I'm trying to test this new feature but I can't seem to be able to configure it properly.
I have 3 test nodes on a cluster and after I create a vxlan zone and a vnet, when I apply the changes I get "error" on all 3 nodes and an empty /etc/network/interfaces.d/sdn file.
Here is some info...
I decided to upgrade the older node to the latest proxmox version available and reboot since I had no way of migrating my workload.
Now after this process I see the same error:

Just one mount point and this is the case for all my containers/VMs.

Tried both command line and web.

Not sure where to specify -F: "must specify -F to overwrite it", can't find it in man pages.
When the disk is not present on destination server, the migration process takes longer since it migrates the disk but...
I checked that prior to migration and the disk was not present.
I deleted the disk and retried the migration, same issue. Also tried to migrate a new container with no disk present on destination server, same issue.
Hi,
I finished migrating VMs from a proxmox server 4 to 5.3 and it worked fine. Now I have another one from which I want to migrate VMs but I am facing a problem.

Yes, you are right, I added this node using IP instead of hostname, I think I saw a deprecation message in the past and switched to IP.
This node has ring0_addr set to an IP and all other nodes have host name.
Any easy way of fixing this without removing the node and reinstalling it with a new...
Hi,
I am facing a problem with a production cluster.
I added a new node today and I see it listed using IP address instead of name.
