Hello All,
I looked over all the forum posts but couldn't get a firm answer to what it is that is causing the problem. I am running a 4 node cluster, and all nodes have no problems or errors when visiting the web-interface except for one. I've re-installed twice once with LVM and once with EXT4...
As a wish for the wonderful day today, I would love to see some appliances for Hadoop and Mapreduce in either as an openVZ template or KVM image. If anyone has any experience with creating templates, i'd love to help out and learn how to create them from scratch, and work on creating some images.
I find that with multiple NFS shares attached to nodes during testing, it becomes confusing with the way that Proxmox handles the naming of the backups. For example, I have a VM named "Foo" that I want to backup. Instead of Showing "Foo" and a timestamp, it shows the VMID. With multiple NFS...
Hello,
this morning was horrible. I accidentally deleted a VM that was being served from an NFS share. What advice is there for restoring this VM. FreeNas is exporting this NFS share which is ontop a RAID-Z volume. Any help would be appreciated..
I had originally setup a 4 node test cluster and removed 3 nodes from the cluster leaving one node (nodeA). I then took the 3 nodes and reinstalled pmox 2.1 on them and clustered them with the same original cluster name "test". I noticed that both the new cluster and the nodeA have the same...

I've attached my Sony DVD RW DRX-S9OU 1.D0 to the system with a freshly burned prox 2.0

I had installed 1.9 yesterday on some nodes and noticed that the e1000 and igb drivers were out of date and I had to search the forums and compile them from scratch. Will these updates be included in the next pmox update?
Motherboard: tyan S8236GM3NR
Intel 82574L / Intel 82576EB...
Hello All,
I have been trying to get some OSX vm's running on Proxmox. I've been able to bring up the whole VM and OSX is working perfectly. The only issue that i have left is the Mouse support. I noticed that today QEMU released
version 0.11.0
Wondered if Proxmox could upgrade the QEMU...
I just noticed that when i uploaded with winSCP some pre-created openVZ templates to the /var/lib/vz/template/cache they don't show up in the web console when i try to create an openVZ virtual machine. Did i do something wrong or is this a bug?
