i just did this :
zfs create zp-raid5/backup
And update storage.cfg
root@nsXXXXXXXXXX:~# cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg
dir: local
path /var/lib/vz
content iso,snippets,vztmpl
prune-backups keep-all=1
zfspool: zp-raid5
pool zp-raid5
content...
This is what i tried first but this doesn't work, directory was unavailable and inactive :
root@nsXXXXXXXXXXX:~# pvesm status
storage does not support content type 'iso'
storage does not support content type 'backup'
storage does not support content type 'snippets'
storage does not support...

- backup my labs VM in vma.zst format with GUI
- download my backups locally
- reinstall proxmox (my lab is on dediacated ovh server)
- create a ZFS pool with RAID5
