Ok I found the solution which is to use HyperVM instead of Proxmox. I am still learning this stuff but after more research I now realize that proxmox is not really intended for web hosting businesses like HyperVM is.

Forget about #2. I loaded v1.3 and realized that the 512MB is Mem+Swap so I was just reading it wrong.

I am trying to get from point A to point B. Going with something like Proxmox is the lower cost solution so I am starting there.
If I cannot get all the way there then I will need to explore the option of going with something like Virtuosso + Plesk licensing...

Thanks, I am aware of that. I love Proxmox VE and appreciate everything Proxmox is doing for the community but without any firm dates I consider it all vapourware until something actually exists. For all I know v2.0 won't be available for years. I am looking for a stable solution here now.
