This is from a new installed Debian Stretch fully upgraded qemu guest.
The card is working with sr-iov here... But, not on freebsd based vm. So, i'm guessing there is some type of driver compability issue on freebsd... :(
It says nothing about Proxmox 4.15.x in my post.

Seem to have low Fsync/seconds on my server.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
16gb DDR3 ram.
Using 2x3tb Sata-2 Hdd's.

You can download it directly from the web address you provided.
Download it to /var/lib/vz/template/cache as long as you have the standard location.
