upload to proxmox server take a long

dear all

1st i say many thank's for all developver team proxmox .
i have some problem upload image or anything to proxmox server , event that proxmox is in my side .
i'm using ibm x3250 M2 server with memory 1 GB and dual GB land card.
i try upload by web is take a long time some i cancel because i to long.
than i using ssh tranfer (scp) only get 50 KB/second.
so how i to solved this problem ?
i using hp procurve for connect my computer and promox server .

so i made cluster proxmox one

its fast get gigabayte conection.
i think i have problem with my cable
