Backups and exclude-path

I am wondering what is the recommended method for using the exclude-path of vzdump.

The web UI doesn't provide any method of using exclude-path. Is it just a matter of editing /etc/cron.d/vzdump manually?

Furthermore, is it possible to have a custom exclude-path list per VE? I.e. what if I want to exclude /home on one VE but not another? Is the only way to handle this is to have separate backup jobs for each VE?

Note: This post (http://forum.proxmox.com/threads/1407-VZDump-exlude-path-question) is promising. It would be quite nice to have exclude-path options in /etc/vzdump.conf

yes, that should work.

yes.
