I've Recently Installed in my new Mobo with SATA 3 support two SATA3 WD Caviar Black Drives 1Tb

The MoBo Recognizes them in during the loading process, but in debian it doesnt recognize them...

fdisk -l -> No new disks, only the standard SATA2 ones...

What shall I do, doesn't proxmox have support for new SATA 3? Should I put them in SATA 2 mode?

pveversion -v

pve-manager: 1.5-10 (pve-manager/1.5/4822)
running kernel: 2.6.24-11-pve
proxmox-ve-2.6.24: 1.5-23
pve-kernel-2.6.32-2-pve: 2.6.32-7
pve-kernel-2.6.24-11-pve: 2.6.24-23
pve-kernel-2.6.18-2-pve: 2.6.18-5
qemu-server: 1.1-16
pve-firmware: 1.0-5

vncterm: 0.9-2
vzctl: 3.0.23-1pve11

does it work with our 2.6.32 kernel?

It doesnt work neither in 2.6.32

By the way I need at least 2.6.24 since I'm using OpenVZ containers, looking foward for OpenVZ Support in 2.6.32 PROMOX soon :)

does it work with ubuntu lucid? (just try with the live cd)

I tried a ubuntu 9.10 and they did not work

I've switched them to sata 2 slots and they work now.

By the way is possible to configure a lvm2 mirror with 2 physicall volumes?
