After Updating getting Error proxmox-ve-2.6.32 pve-manager **Help Please**

Hi

I'm new to using Proxmox. I have tried using some of the other forum postings with the almost the some postings, but I cant get it to work. :mad:
Can someone help me with the following error . :confused:

The following partially installed packages will be configured:
proxmox-ve-2.6.32 pve-manager
No packages will be installed, upgraded, or removed.
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0 B of archives. After unpacking 0 B will be used.
Setting up pve-manager (2.2-32) ...
Restarting PVE Daemon: pvedaemon.
Restarting PVE Status Daemon: pvestatd.
Syntax error on line 13 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/pve-redirect.conf:
SSLCertificateFile: file '/etc/pve/local/pve-ssl.pem' does not exist or is empty

Action 'configtest' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.

Another possible solution would be the following that happened to me before:

apache complained that the cert is missing because the /etc/pve directory was not mounted (its a special file system)
trying to mount it manually told me the ACTUAL culprit: the program that does the mounting (sorry forgot the name) tries to determine the hostname of the system, which fails in (possibly more than) 2 cases:

1) theres no "$internal_ip $hostname" entry in /etc/hosts
2) you have an entry in the form of "IPV6 address" $hostname - the mounting program currently does not support IPV6 ...yet

I tried that & i get the following error:



can't create shared ssh key database '/etc/pve/priv/authorized_keys'
no quorum - unable to update files
ensight:/local# can't create shared ssh key database '/etc/pve/priv/authorized_keys'
